Shaking the Sugar Tree: Nurturing Ourselves…

The summer has been so busy with family matters and trips that my butterfly garden has gone untouched – a lot!  I love it and think it is so beautiful and feel the need to show it off proudly to everyone.  However, in its current state I am a bit embarrassed to show it and feel guilty on my lack of caring.  It is a less than outstanding example of love and attention and a wonderful reminder that "we reap what we sow".

From Master's Desk: No Role to Drop

I've seen it said repeatedly that when things get twisted, when Life seems to have overwhelmed them, people drop their "roles" and just talk, which begs the question - Did they not talk before? Just recently I ripped to tiny pieces an article I had printed out because he kept referring to every aspect of the Lifestyle as role-play, and for our Family that is simply not what it is. Role-play is when I dress them in their schoolgirl outfits and bend them over my desk and, as the Dean, spank them for being such naughty little brats. My being Master and them being slaves are not roles that we play; it is who we are. We communicate constantly and within that communication needs, desires, as well as trouble spots come out and are discussed. For people who claim to live this Lifestyle 24/7 to say that they drop their roles at anytime makes me wonder how much fantasy their life is or what kind of Master the Master really is. 24/7 means all the time and if you are having issues maintaining that then perhaps you are trying to live the accoutrements and not the deeper Life, and if that works for you, then role-play away.

From Master's Desk: Two Breeds of Master

Masters like an air of mystery about them. They like to appear stoic with a tough exterior. After all, they are dominants, bad asses in control with whips and chains, house manuals and protocols. They are their own person, not afraid to claim that they follow no one else’s rules but their own. Each one is different; each one unique. They are masters, hear them roar.

From Master's Desk: Mind Over Matter

We pull out of our driveway every weekday morning at 7:30 burdened with briefcases and overflowing cups of coffee. So do our neighbors. Saturday we cut grass and trim the hedges. So do our neighbors. We sit on the back porch laughing with friends, sit at our desk paying bills, and go on vacation fussing at the kids who have been cooped up in a car beyond tolerance level. So do our neighbors. Yet, unbeknownst to our neighbors we are not like them. We do not think of ourselves in terms of husband and wife – or in our case, wives – but rather as Master and slaves, and this our neighbors do not do; at least, not that we’ve discovered, yet.

Spanking

Softly it starts
Soft and sweet, slappy taps
Playing upon my buttocks
Tempting me to greater intensity..

Ropes

Your fingers trace my flesh
As you bend me to your will
The softness of your smile
Hides the danger of the kill

I Want to Speak

Slender manicured fingers from her hand reach out and begin to
depress each of the hard buttons.
She knows what she wants.

Quotes and Sayings: Jealousy

Osho Quotes on Jealousy
  1. Jealousy is comparison. And we have been taught to compare, we have been conditioned to compare, always compare. Somebody else has a better house, somebody else has a more beautiful body, somebody else has more money, somebody else has a more charismatic personality. Compare, go on comparing yourself with everybody else you pass by, and great jealousy will be the outcome; it is the by-product of the conditioning for comparison.

Shake the Sugar Tree: Soft Skills

Soft skills are really the hard skills… how few of us have them mastered (ha! at my pun on words there).  Most of the time you hear this term used in the work environment and we do not think to turn it towards our personal life.  Each of us could benefit on a brush up on how to implement them into serving our Masters.
“Soft skills” is a term relating to a collection of personal, positive attributes and competencies that enhance your relationships, job performance, and value to the market.

Quotes and Saying: Look for....

Shake the Sugar Tree: Feminine grace

Master is working on a piece with the three of us on how to be more ladylike with our speech and keeping us always in the mindset of our relationship.  I can truthfully say that my Master loves all sides of a woman… from elegant to naughty.  However, there is a time and place for things.

I believe in pink....

"I believe in pink, I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner, I believe in kissing, kissing a lot, I believe in being strong even when everything seems to be going wrong, I believe that happy girls are the prettiest, I believe that tomorrow is another day and, I believe in miracles." - Audrey Hepburn
